    Cutting his teeth on new development projects around the world, Chris today calls Summit County home and is the employing broker for our entire company, providing guidance and insight to our brokers across the state.

  • Vice President Of Operations

    Twenty seven offices across the Colorado, along with all their attendant staff and operations, take a lot of orchestration. From her desk in Frisco, Colorado she manages it all with poise, ensuring our offices and company at large operate with the utmost professionalism.

  • Director of Business Development

    Didi began her Slifer journey like so many at the front desk, then she moved over to the sales side working as a broker serving the Vail Valley before shifting back to our support team. Today, she manages all of our referral networks connecting our brokers with clients, business, and opportunity from across Colorado and around the world.

    With over 20 years experience with the company & roles held in every department and level, no one knows Slifer Smith & Frampton quite like Shawna. Today she oversees our vast and formidable marketing team, providing opportunities for our brokers in all markets and in all seasons.

She got her start at the front desk of our Vail office, and has worked her way up to oversee our marketing team across the state and our new development division. Her leadership ensures our brokers always have a wealth of marketing opportunities at their doorstep.

Our name has always been a bit of a mouthful, but it reflects the leadership and vision of three gentleman who built this company from the ground up, and today all reside in the Colorado Business Hall Of Fame.

The Faces Behind The Name.

  • Mark started his development career with the creation of Beaver Creek Village in the Vail Valley and has played a role in numerous iconic projects throughout the mountain communities including Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Breckenridge and Keystone resorts.

    He has made significant contributions to his community by being the founder, board member and chairman of highly impactful organizations across Colorado.

  • Harry Frampton has made developing some of the world’s premier ski resort towns an art form. Combining keen business sense with a respect for culture and sport, Frampton works to provide visitors and residents of these bustling towns with a well-rounded experience.

    In his many roles, Harry has been instrumental in bringing more cultural and world-class sporting venues and events to the valley, raising its international profile and enhancing the experience for guests and residents alike.

  • Rod Slifer was the first realtor in the Vail Valley, two-time former Mayor of Vail and co-founder of Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate. Slifer arrived in Vail in 1962 as a ski instructor and was an invaluable part of the community until his death in 2024. In 1968, Slifer opened his own brokerage, Slifer & Company, on Bridge Street.

    In recognition of his dedication to the Vail Valley, Rod Slifer was named Vail Business Person of the Year and one of Vail’s ten most influential citizens. He was named to the Colorado Business Hall of Fame in 2013.
