  • Rod Slifer was the Vail’s first ever real estate broker, opening his doors on Bridge Street the same year the lifts started spinning, 1962. From the beginning we have been a company focused on building up these incredible communities we call home.

    Today, we are proudly the Vail Valley’s leading brokerage with 14 sales locations across the valley, but we maintain a deep connection to these communities with our headquarters in Avon, Colroado.

  • Summit County was our first foray outside of the Vail Valley when we opened two offices in Frisco and Breckenridge in 2004. Today, we are proudly the region’s leading brokerage, and consistiently named at the top of Summit Daily’s Best Of Summit list. We’ve added an office in Keystone and have over 50 leading brokers all working together to serve their valued clients.

  • Focusing on new development and the luxury markets, we operate a high-performing presence across Aspen, Snowmass, and the Roaring Fork Valley. Today, we have cutting edge offices in Snowmass Base Village and just steps away from the Aspen gondola right down town. Here our ethos of building mountain communities lives as strong as anywhere.

  • Our most recent expansion has been into Steamboat Springs serving communities across the Yampa Valley, this targeted team works out of an iconic downtown office situated right between main street and Howelsen Hill.

  • Denver & the Front Range are some of our mountain communities’ leading feeder markets. We’re proud to have a boutique presence located platform-side at Union Station in the Coloradan, to connect to this area directly, and to support our valued Front Range clients with our signature service.

  • You shouldn’t have to do everything yourself. Our in-house marketing, closing, operations, and administrative teams are here to help you stay focused on clients, prospecting, and production. We have over 80 full-time, local support team members working to allow you to focus where it matters most, on your clients.

  • No matter where you are in your career, there’s always room to sharpen your business. We invest in coaching, training, leadership, and peer learning designed to help brokers keep growing. Last year our in-house broker development team hosted over 3,700 broker attendances across their programming.

  • Our independence comes with broad reach.
